Amber Golden knows how to build something from the ground up. She also knows what it takes to begin again. Queen Chapter brings those two kinds of experience together.

A fourth generation entrepreneur, Amber has built multiple companies and spent much of her career developing leaders. She founded and built an education organization from the ground up to 800 employees, launching 10 schools across four states and serving 8,000 learners. Behind those numbers were people to develop, systems to build and a vision that had to work in everyday life.
Her career spans design, television production, hospitality, entertainment, education, governance and investing. Philanthropy, political activism and fundraising are also part of her story. She thrives in complex business environments, where understanding how people, priorities and operations fit together can turn an ambitious idea into something that lasts.

Amber is a business strategy consultant whose strength is making complexity easier for others to navigate. She works with leaders to translate what they know into clear direction, capable teams and systems that allow others to take ownership. Her longstanding interest in technology and automation grows from the same purpose: giving people more capacity to do meaningful work.
That experience also informs her work with high net worth and ultra high net worth families and family offices, where business, relationships and legacy intersect. Her background in investing adds another perspective on how resources can support a larger vision.
Alongside her professional accomplishments, Amber has lived through difficult transitions of her own. She understands what it means to have years of experience behind you and still be figuring out what comes next. Curiosity, persistence and the willingness to learn have carried her into new industries, new communities and new chapters.
The Queen Chapter Community grew from that experience and a conviction: aging deserves a better story.
Amber is rebranding aging by inviting women to see this stage of life as a graduation. Each chapter gives us something to carry forward. We enter our Queen Chapter with experience, perspective and a growing understanding of what matters to us. Calling ourselves queens gives that experience a name worth celebrating.
For women entering life after 50, it is an invitation to recognize what we bring to the world and decide where we want to put it to work. There are businesses to build, relationships to deepen, causes to champion and possibilities that deserve a first attempt.
Amber began interviewing women for Portrait of a Queen because she needed inspiration herself. Now she shares the stories of women who have lived through difficult things and continue to create, contribute and find joy. Their lives give substance to her belief that the years we have lived can enrich what comes next.
For Amber, a crown is a reminder of that possibility. The pieces in this collection bring that belief into everyday life. Wear them as a reminder of what you have learned, what you value and everything you still want to do.
