When to expect your order
Delivery varies by item because our collection comes from several makers. The delivery estimate on each product page is the best place to plan your purchase. Where we give a total delivery window, making time is already included—please do not add it again.
Current delivery guidance
The following estimates apply to the contiguous United States and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
- Celebration Silver, Iridescent Gold and Royal Blue Tiaras: ship separately from China. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Standard shipping is included to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
- Milestone birthday candles and Signature Cosmetic Bag: made to order; estimated delivery in 5–11 business days with Standard shipping.
- Milestone mugs, Signature Collection Journal, ceramic ornaments, Queen’s Mark Jewelry Case, Founder’s Flame Candle, Signature Resort Slides and Aging Like a Queen Tee: made to order; estimated delivery in 4–11 business days with Standard shipping. Where Economy is offered for mugs, the journal or tee, allow 6–14 business days total.
- Signature and holiday wrapping papers: printed to order; estimated delivery in 6–14 business days with Economy or 4–11 business days with Standard, where offered at checkout. Both windows include making time.
- The Becoming Ivory, The Sovereign Navy and Facets of Her Reign Scarves: made to order; plan on approximately 10–14 business days with Standard shipping once the maker receives the order. This includes our handling allowance and uses average making time; transfer or approval delays may add time.
- Apliiq-made apparel: made to order; delivery usually takes about two weeks after artwork approval. First-order review and seasonal demand can add time.
- Signature Collection Desk Mat and Compact Mirror: made to order; estimated Standard delivery in 4–11 business days. If Economy is offered and selected for the desk mat, allow 6–14 business days.
- Inspirational Coasters and our suitcases: made to order; estimated Standard delivery in 5–11 business days. Bundle pieces may arrive separately.
- Queen Slippers in White: made to order and shipped separately from China; estimated delivery in 11–22 business days including processing, making time and Standard shipping.
- Other pieces: see the product page. Where a full arrival window is still being confirmed, please contact us before ordering for a specific date.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Order review, artwork approval or confirmation with a maker may add time where noted. Carrier delays and destinations outside the contiguous United States can also take longer. We do not guarantee Thanksgiving or Christmas arrival unless a product-specific guarantee is expressly offered.
Understanding checkout estimates
Available services and destination-specific estimates appear at checkout. An estimate that already includes making or processing time should not have that time added again. A transit-only estimate begins when the package is dispatched. Faster shipping does not shorten the time needed to make an item.
Shipping charges and separate packages
Available destinations, shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Shipping is additional unless the product expressly includes it. Items from different makers may ship separately, arrive on different days and have separate tracking. Combined orders may include more than one shipping charge.
Physical cards and digital downloads
The physical Portrait of a Queen card deck ships from our own stock. We aim to pack and ship within 5 business days; arrival then depends on your destination and selected carrier service. Digital conversation cards are downloadable files and do not require physical shipping. Follow the download instructions supplied for your digital purchase.
